Do you offer in-person appointments?

I provide psychiatric care for adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, stress, and life transitions.
What services do you provide?
Services include:
- Comprehensive psychiatric evaluations
- Medication management
- Supportive therapy
- Ongoing follow-up care
Do you prescribe medication?
Yes. If medication is clinically appropriate after a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, I will discuss treatment options with you and develop an individualized medication plan.
Do you provide therapy?
Yes. Supportive therapy is incorporated into medication management appointments when appropriate. If you would benefit from more intensive psychotherapy, I can also discuss referral options.
What happens during the first appointment?
Your initial appointment includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation. We will review your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, treatment goals, and discuss treatment recommendations tailored to your needs.
How long are appointments?
Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation: Approximately 60 minutes
Follow-Up Appointments: Approximately 20-30 minutes
What should I do before my appointment?
After scheduling, you will receive secure electronic intake and consent forms. These forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment. Please join your visit from a quiet, private location with a reliable internet connection.
What insurance plans do you accept?
I accept several insurance plans through Headway and Alma. Please visit the Insurance Plans page to verify your benefits or contact me with any questions.
Do you offer self-pay appointments?
Yes. Self-pay appointments are available for patients who prefer not to use insurance. Please visit the Self-Pay & Fees page for current fees and payment information.
When will I be charged?
Payment information is securely collected before your appointment; however, your card will not be charged until after your appointment has been completed. A receipt will be emailed following payment.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments may be subject to the full session fee.
Can I receive care if I am outside of Florida?
No. I currently provide telehealth services only to patients who are physically located in Florida at the time of their appointment.
What if I am experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency?
This practice does not provide emergency or crisis services.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Click the Appointment Request button anywhere on this website to request an appointment. After your request is received, you will be contacted with the next available appointment and instructions for completing your intake paperwork.
Can family members participate in my appointment?
Yes. With your permission, family members or caregivers may participate in part of your appointment when appropriate to provide additional information or support.
How often will I need follow-up appointments?
The frequency of follow-up appointments depends on your individual needs, diagnosis, and treatment plan. During your evaluation, we will discuss a schedule that best supports your care and progress.
