If you prefer not to use insurance, I offer transparent self-pay pricing for all services. Self-pay provides flexibility, privacy, and direct access to personalized psychiatric care without the limitations of insurance coverage. 

Fees

• Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation: $250
• Follow-Up Evaluation: $150
• Medication Management: $150

Before Your Appointment

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive secure electronic intake and consent forms. These forms must be completed before your scheduled appointment to ensure we can make the most of our time together. 

Payment

Payment information will be collected before your appointment; however, your card will not be charged until after your appointment is complete. A receipt will be emailed to you following payment. 

Telehealth Appointments 

Appointments are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, allowing you to receive care conveniently from anywhere in Florida. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged at the full session rate.
