Depression (PHQ-9)

Feeling sad, down, hopeless, or no longer enjoying activities you once loved? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with depression and measures their severity.

Anxiety (GAD-7)

Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly worrying? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with generalized anxiety disorder and other anxiety-related conditions.

ADHD (ASRS)

Having trouble focusing, staying organized, or completing tasks? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in adults.

PTSD (PC-PTSD-5)

Experiencing distress following a traumatic event? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), including intrusive memories, avoidance, hypervigilance, and emotional distress.

Bipolar Disorder (MDQ)

Experiencing significant mood swings, periods of unusually high energy, or episodes of depression? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with Bipolar Disorder.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

Experiencing unwanted thoughts, repetitive behaviors, or compulsive rituals that interfere with daily life? This screening helps identify symptoms commonly associated with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).
